Manuel Perez-Vichot received his Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Miami in 1974 and became a registered architect in 1976. He practiced architecture for many years as an associate architect and as a single proprietor. He later founded Southeast Design Associates, Inc. in 1992. Mr. Perez-Vichot is a member of the American Institute of Architects, National Council of Architectural Registration Board, NCARB, International Interior Design Association and the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc. He is licensed to practice Architecture in the State of Florida, Georgia, Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. Through NCARB certification he is able to attain registration to most states.
