Clara Guzman Perez is an Interior Designer, licensed in the state of Florida since 1998. Clara’s experience in commercial interiors began fresh after graduation while designing for hotel and restaurant chains under the mentorship of the late renowned designer, Jack Odin. Later, Clara continued to expand her design resume with space planning and designing office furniture at the Pavlow Company. Eventually, Clara was able to combine her design talents with the architectural skill of her husband, Manuel Perez-Vichot, to form their own firm, Southeast Design.
