Woodham Residence

Historical Renovation / Addition

Miami Springs, Florida

This unique residence backs on the southwest perimeter of the Miami Springs Golf Course. The house is a fine example of Pueblo Revival style effectively simulates the massive, hand molded look, with stepping and teracing of an authenthic Pueblo edifice. The building was included in the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, the same year Perez-Vichot & Associates was commission to design the left loggia addition. The addition was executed in the same architectural style as the orginal building. In 1993, the residence was designated as a Miami Springs Historic Site.
